Five problems related to accelerator stuck have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Ongoing problem with accelerator pedal sticking. Has been fixed once and have an appointment to check again. The accelerator has to be pushed hard at times causing a jerky motion. Feels very unsafe.
Vehicle was in gear. Upon depressing accelerator pedal it would stick. Had to depress harder to pass the sticking point & vehicle would jerk forward & take off. Will be taking vehicle to dealer.
