Four problems related to front air bag have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Left front impact to rock hillside failed to deploy drivers air bag.
Vehicle was involved in a head on crash, traveling at 20-25, there was no deployment of the frontal air bags. The seat belts did not restrain the driver or passegner , causing both occupants to hit the windshield. Please provide any furhter information.
Vehicle involved in front end crash, traveling about 3 mph, consumer hit another vehicle traveling about 45 mph, and there was no deployment of the driver's air bag. The crash bent the frame of the vehicle. Not sure of the vehicle will be totalled.
During collision seat belt became unlatched and the air bag did not inflated. Yh.
