Front Suspension problems of the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer

Three problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 08/02/1999

While driving at higher rates of speed vehicle shakes as if it needs a front end alignment. Please provide any futher information.

2 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 01/01/1998

The front driver's side tire is against the wheel well, causing more wear and tear on that tire, which may result in a tire blow out. Dealer said that the oversized orginal tires are causing that problem. Took to a certified mechanic, he said it it is due to improper front end assembly.

3 Front Suspension problem

Popping noise is coming from front end, causing major erractic tire wear . Dealer cannot determine defect.
