One problem related to steering linkages has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Pittman arm/ idler arm, and upper and lower ball joints have corroded. A recall has been issued on vehicles make and model,; however, this vehicle was not included due to VIN. The dealer has repaired vehicle at the owner's expense.
