Four problems related to turn signal have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1) windshield wipers not working consistently if they work at all. Have had to stop driving during the rain or snow because of inability to see. 2) turn signal makes clicking sound even when not in use. Have paid to have the problems repaired to no avail. They both continue to malfunction.
Wipers are working rarely and directional sounds when directionals are off.
As reported in "odi id number : 758908" I also am having problems with dome light coming on for no reason, the noise for the turn signal would come on without the turn signal being on (my turn signals worked perfectly fine) and the handle you use to adjust the seat back broke off on passenger front seat.
Dome light would come on for no reason, the noise for the turn signal would come on without the turn signal being on (my turn signals worked perfectly fine)and the handle you use to adjust the seat backs broke off on both front seats. Also, the latch on the inside on the vehicle which you pull to release the hood broke. Wondering if anyone else had problems with this vehicle.
