The contact's girlfriend owns a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated that fuel was leaking from the top of fuel tank. There was an abnormal fuel odor detected. Additionally, the vehicle was slow to start. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The contact was concerned about the fuel odor and a possible fire. The failure mileage was unknown.
I have a 2001 chevy Blazer the check engine light comes on all the time now I know it is the injection system from what I have found chevy knows about the problem and does nothing the Blazer runs bad and emissions are bad this is a problem that has been going on for some time now.
