One problem related to side/window air bag has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 70 mph the driver lost control of the vehicle and flipped over. Neither of the frontal or side air bags deployed. It was later determined that the rear axle had broke which caused the loss of control.
