Two problems related to tank assembly have been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I have a 02 Blazer and I believe the fuel gauge is not working properly. After I have gone only about 40 miles on a full tank of gas the gauge shows ? full. Can that be correct? in the owner?s manual it states that I am to have an 18-gallon fuel tank. With an average of 20 mpg on the highway it should go to ? tank at about 90 miles.
After fueling up gasoline splashed outside of the tank without warning. Dealer replaced tank but the problem still occurred.
