I have replaced the thermostat sensor 3 times because keep getting assist driver assistance disabled throws code p1028 code coolant drops check engine light come on the auto stop quits working.
When attempting to put my car in park, the car issues a warning stating the car is not in park, it doesn't recognize the gear shift being in park, therefore, I am unable to shut my car off or lock it up. It is a known manufacturing defect and gm refuses to cover the cost to add a bandaid to it as there is no permanent fix. This is a safety issue, and now my car is not reliable, nor safe. Gm refuses to issue a recall on this.
