The dorel child infant safety seat that was made on 10/10/2011. The product number is 22-391 mlo. The restraints on the seat are not safe for a child to be placed in the seat due to the restraints coming off or undone. All you have to do is simply pull on the restraints and they will come undone. And it is really unsafe if you have a infant in the seat that likes to hold the restraints or even play with them while you are trying to drive and cant always see what they are doing. I have had this happen multiple times while even just trying to place my son into the seat. The consequences of this happening are that I have to then either take him out of the seat and fix the restraints or I have to try and fix it while he is in his seat. The only thing I was able to do is fix the problem myself is to place velcro on the restraints on the back of the seat to make sure that they do not move at all when I place my son in the seat. I have tried to contact the company to see what can be done, but every time, I call there is a hold time or they are closed.

Evenflo express vision/ chase traditions forward facing booster with 5-pt harness. The problem occurs every time my child has been strapped into the seat,. The problem is that the right shoulder strap is overlapped on itself to secure it at a permanent length (making two straps on the r shoulder) and allow for the placement of the harness adjusted. , the one strap that is not secured by the chest clip easily slides on and off of the children's shoulder. . I have tried everything to get this to work but when she moves just a little bit it falls right off of her shoulder. I have tightened it as tight as I can and it still seems to fall right off. I have also had it installed when I bought it and they had a hard time even getting it on and staying in place. They thought it was weird. I do worry this is not safe for anychild, please fix this issue with a new harness please. Tighten it from the front bottom would be so much easier. I I bought this booster child restraint on September 14,2013 from an agency here in klamath falls oregon. Thank you. . . . The model number of my seat is 32921122 and the manufacture date is 06/03/2011.

We were recently in an auto accident. Though we were only going about 30 mph our child's anchor strap ripped free from the screw that secured the strap to the car seat base. This caused my child to be thrown sideways in the seat. (related vehicle information: model year=1998, make=chevy, model=[xxx] )

I have an issue with my new Blazer, in that the owner's manual says that you cannot place a child safety seat in the center back position. Had I known, I would've never bought this vehicle. I have tried to find out what the issue is and have received numerous different answers from chevy's customer service, the most obnoxious being that the center seat belt isn't that strong so they don't want kids to use it. Adults can use it though because they can brace themselves if it breaks. I'd like to know why I can't keep the child seat in the center, why chevy would produce a car that doesn't allow a child safety seat to go in the safest position, and who I can report their horrendous customer service folks to. Would appreciate a response. Thanks.

The splitter behind the child seat is not holding the straps in position. . The straps became lose after they were adjusted or pulled firmly.
We have a 2 year old boy that slid the chest harness apart. (it is easy) to take off his chest protector in the car seat. He was sitting in the back seat of the car beacuse of front air bags. He then rolled down the window because I forgot to lock the windows out again. He then had his head and shoulders out the window. All this happened in a matter of seconds. I had to pull the vehicle over and have my older son sit in the back with him. The chest clip on the cosco touriva slids apart on one side easily. Then the child can take the strap off the shoulders and pull themselves up and out. It is not a safe design for a curious toddler. Also on my century it has the same clip. They both have overhead pads to put their arms on. I hope this problem can be investigated. Thanks.
