The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet bolt euv equip with michelin energy saver a/s size 215/50/r17 tires. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle and driving over a pot hole the front driver side tire sidewall failed causing the tire to go flat. Also upon inspection a bubble was discovered on the rear driver side tire. The vehicle taken to the local dealer who replaced the tire. Later while driving over a road pot hole the side wall of the replacement tire experienced a side wall failure. The contact indicated that the same side wall failure on three separate occasions. The cause of the failure were not determined. The failure mileage was 5,000.
