One problem related to front suspension control arm has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The investigating officer on the scene said that all evidence (physical & witness statements) are consistent with the ball joint failing. I have photos of the scene, including close-ups of the failed ball joint. The vehicle is totaled.
