Two problems related to fuel injector have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Fuel line is leaking from fuel injection causing fuel go throught the wore harness and eat away harness then into the computer. Then the engine died while driving down the road causing it to be hard to steer and control. Possible engine fire and stall hazard.
Fuel injectors failed causing leakage onto engine wiring harness and engine components resulting in several component failures and replacements. Mjs.
