One problem related to gasoline engine has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Engine idles at 1500-2000 rpm during warm-up in cold weather. Vehicle usually reaches these rpms at 25-40mph. Owner believe it's the engine control computer design problem.
