Two problems related to vehicle speed control have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When shifting gear into reverse vehicle accelerated out of control. Driver steeped on brake pedal, but vehicle continued to accelrate.
While driving the vehicle accelerated on it's own. This has happened on 3-4 different times.
