Two problems related to accelerator stuck have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The accelerator would stick on occasions, which would cause the vehicle to lurch foward, the dealer infomred consumer, that the entire throttle body would need to be replaced. Ts.
The accelerator pedal sticks and cannot be pushed down to accelerate the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer which cleaned and adjusted the throttle body. The dealer recommends that the throttle body receive regular maintenance every 30,000 miles. Please provide further details.
