One problem related to starter relay has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Engine cut off while driving, failure to start - first ignition will click,sometimes starter will turn over, most times not, will not start. Dash gauges are also all over the place ,when and if it starts,run really rough. Abs problems too, delayed braking action at low speed.
