The spare tire fell off of my 2000 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck and rolled into a school bus. These tires are secured underthe rear of the truck by the same type of cable that was involved in the on going tail gate cable recall. All chev and GMC pickups have these defective cables holding the spares tire and they all are eventually going to fail .

Frame And Members problem #2

Part of frame where towing hitch attaches to frame buckled upward, bending frame of bumper. Dealer has inspected vehicle, and manufacturer has been notified.
