One problem related to other fuel system fuel gauge has been reported for the 2001 Chevrolet C1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Parking brake and fuel gage. I recently moved overseas with af and had to have my vehicle inspected for european standards. My parking break did not work at all. I found this hard to believe since I have never used it. I was mandated by european law to get fixed in order to drive it and pay a $30 for each month until I got it fixed. My fuel gage doesn't maintain how much fuel I have in my gas tank. When I have a full or empty tank the gauge just randomly boucess around with the unknown correct amount. I am currently setting the mileage until I can find someone to fix it and the parts I need.
