Two problems related to rearview mirror have been reported for the 2002 Chevrolet C2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states that gm has upgraded the extended mirror for towing. Gm has informed consumer that the upgrade was in Feb. Of 2002 and that consumer purchased the vehicle too soon for the upgrade.
The owner purchased an optional package that related to the extended tow mirrors. On this particular truck the mirrors do not come with "fish eyes" on the passenger side. The owner was told that his truck was not part of the upgrade for the 2002 which does provide fish eye on both sides. Please describe details.
