Windshield Wiper/washer Motor Problems of Chevrolet C2500

Turned the windshield wipers on and they only came up to the park position for intermittent operation. Positioned the switch to low and high and the wipers did not move any further. Shut off and wipers shut off. Wipers would not restart on repeated tries. Tried later and wipers worked properly. Now they operate sometimes and sometimes only on intermittent and low, not on high. But, sometimes on high. I have not had the problem repaired yet, because everytime I go to the dealer, they are working.

While driving in inclement weather windshield wipers came on and went off on their own. This caused poor visibility for the driver. Consumer was able to drive the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic informed consumer vehicle was not under a recall.

Windshield wiper motor failed at night, in heavy rain causing loss of visibility. I pulled over and manually moved wiper blade to restart wipers. Motor continued to fail intermittently until it was replaced .

Windshield wipers became inoperable, obstructing the view of the driver. A recall has been issued on vehicle's make/models. However this vehicle was not included. Dealer has been notified.

While driving in the rain windshield wipers stopped. Consumer could hardly see the road. Windshield wipers started working again about 10 minutes later. There is a recall on the same make and models. Hower, this vehicle is not covered under recall due to VIN although it exhibits the same defect.

When driving in heavy downpour windshield wipers stopped working, causing poor driver's visibility. Consumer has contacted the dealer. Also, a recall for the same problem was issued. However, this vehicle not included due to VIN.

Windshield wipers malfunction ,causing visual difficulty which may result in a crash. There is a recall for the 1995 make/model, but not for 1996 which have the same problem. Please provide further information.

Windshield wipers fail to function sometimes. There is a recall on this problem, but vehicle is not included due to VIN. Contacted dealer, and nothing dealer can do .

Windshield wipers work sporadically. Sometimes the wipers come on and then stop. Sometimes the wipers do not come on at all. Dealer says circuit board needs replacedment.
