One problem related to frame and members has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet C3500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The two center cross members which hold the fuel tank had cracks, one cracked completely through and the second was cracked 3/4's through the metal, the fuel tank almost touched the ground, the cross members were replaced.
