I own a 1998 Chevrolet truck that has the same windshield wiper problems as the 1994 -1997 Chevrolet trucks had where they will choose when they want to work. I took it to the dealer, and they said too bad, it's going to cost you to fix. Why is this not covered under the same recall?.
