Brake Electric Antilock problems of the 1999 Chevrolet C3500

When consumer puts foot on the brakes truck pulls to the right, and it makes a loud squealing noise. Also, they grab as if they are stopping too fast. Dealer can't find the cause of the problem. Consumer indicated if it was raining it would be a problem with the brakes.

3 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 06/27/1999

While traveling and when making a sudden stop by depressing the brake pedal to the floor board, brakes locked up, resulting in vehicle skidding. Please prove further information.

4 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 04/20/1999

Consum had replace brakes first. Then, when he applied the brakes, pedal went to the floor. A technician told consumer the problem was with the brake rear seals.

5 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Failure Date: 12/03/1998

Consumer owns two Chevrolet trucks g3500, 99 vehicles, and has experienced vehicle pulling to one side or the other when applying the brakes. The second vehicle's VIN #1gchg39r6x1052996. - the dealership gave consumer a loaner with less than 600 miles that does the same. GMC is using consumer's vehicle for testing, they've indicated that there has been a problem since 97, and they cannot find a remedy.

6 Brake Electric Antilock problem

Intermittently when brakes are applied pedal goes to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance. Please feel free to provide further information.

Intermittently when brakes were applied pedal went to floor, resulting in extended stopping distance, and several accidents. Dealer has inspected and repaired brakes 15 times.

Intermittently when the brakes are applied the padal goes to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance due to air getting in the system. Dealer has inspected and repaired the vehicle severcel times.
