One problem related to manifold/header/muffler/tail pipe has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet C3500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Exhaust which is too close to floor boards gets overheated on passenger's side. This causes the passenger to put feet on dashboard due to hot floor boards. Been to dealer & informed by mechanic the problem can not be solved.
