One problem related to engine has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet C4500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer complained about an engine problem. It did not maintain the throttle. Engine went into neutral without a cause. Also, a suspension problem due to bolts placed in upside down position which caused vehicle to flip. Wires and plastic bolt holders melted.
