One problem related to engine cooling system has been reported for the 2003 Chevrolet C5500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Under normal driving conditions, without prior warnings, fan flew apart causing damage to fan housing and radiator. Radiator, blade, shroud, clutch and coolant had to be replaced.
