The vehicle was taken to the dealer six times where the clutch was replaced but the failure continued. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,300.

The vehicle was taken to a dealer and after inspection, they advised that the clutch pedal failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, a few days later the failure recurred.
