The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed that the blend door was faulty causing the cabin of the vehicle to remain hot when the vehicle was driven. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 169,000.
