10/26/2012 - pulling into parking space at low speed. Car suddenly accelerated. I assumed that somehow it was my fault. Impacted a second vehicle. 02/23/2015 - exact same thing. Pulling into parking space at low speed. Car suddenly accelerated. I was able to slam on the brakes and prevent a collision.
