Suspension problem #2

The car vibrates when driving at speeds over 30 mph. It feels like you are driving over rumble strip. It does this every time I drive it now. It also shifts hard as it changes gears. I had to have a new rear boot put on the passenger side. All of the grease in the rear wheel boot was all over my wheel. There is a roar in the rear end when you first pull out onto the road. It feels like it is in the rear axle.
