Steering Wheel/handle Bar problems of the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro

The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated while driving approximately 50 mph and on a race track the vehicle would not brake and the steering wheel failed to turn the vehicle as the contact was navigating a turn on the race track. The contact hit the race track wall on the entire driver's side, a side swipe. The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed by a manufacturer representative, however the information was not shared with the contact. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,000.
