Blind Spot Detection Problems of Chevrolet Camaro

The blind spot warning system stopped working, and yes it is available for inspection upon request. I have heard this leads to further electrical problems and am worried this may compromise my safety if not dealt with. The problem has not been confirmed by a dealer. The component has not been inspected. There was a warning that popped up stating “service side detection system” that appeared randomly on my drive home the other day. I had not hit anything or done anything to the car that might have caused this. After a couple of rain storms, it appears that this is directly related to water intrusion.

Side object detection module was shorted out due to water intrusion. Caused by faulty manufacturing material. Caused vehicle to shut down and unable to restart. Large safety concern warranty company refused to cover the issue.

The side detection system has failed. I know chevy has been having a lot of issues with this and now its hit my car. I demand a law suit or a shut down or a government enforced mandatory repair at no cost to customer.

There have been multiple problems with the check engine light . The car vibrating I have had this car serviced multiple times for the same thing and now my transmission needs to be rebuilt which this car has less than 50,000 miles.

Hello, my name is sharris bridges, I’m the owner of a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro. I currently can’t defrost my car and can’t see the road because I have no heat. The Chevrolet Camaro has a issue with the blend door (temperature control door). It’s a piece of plastic that breaks which causes you not to have any heat. I was told by the dealership I would’ve to get the dash and windshield taken out just to get the blend door fixed. I was driving in the highway and thank god there was traffic when I lost power in steering wheel and then my car. . I turn my car. . When I was in the parking lot on my job I lost power again. I call the dealer to get my car fix. Chevy send a letter back on September of 2020 for people to get there steering fix they also told me that letter I got it wasn't a recall that was a complement of chevy to fix it. .
