Wheel problem #1

Vehicle shipped in unsafe driving condition I purchased this vehicle from cars2us with a clear understanding that the vehicle was in good working order. I paid $500 for shipping along with $3,000 cash down. I purchased it from out of state so I had to have the vehicle shipped to my work site. When I received the vehicle off the trailer, it was borderline underivable due to the rack and pinion and power steering system being faulty. I immediately contacted the dealer and he agreed to have it repaired and advised me to “take it to a mechanic you trust”! I did so and the mechanic called me to inform me that the manager of the dealership tried to convince him to put junkyard parts on the vehicle to fix it. The mechanic was infuriated and insulted by this and advised me to contact an attorney. I paid the full amount for the repairs totaling over $2,000 because he did a job he was asked to do and rightly deserved to be paid for doing so. The mechanic and I tried multiple times to contact him for repayment and he has not paid nor responded. I have all of our conversations and will happily attach them to this email. I’m furious because the vehicle was knowingly shipped to me in an extremely dangerous condition and I was forced to drive it to my house 13 miles away as well as the mechanic shop another 6 miles. I emailed the attorney general of virginia and reported the incident. It’s my goal to protect other customers from experiencing this kind of behavior and treatment. If you could please help me out in any way it would be greatly appreciated. Best regards.

Wheel problem #2

Prior to the incident (vehicle crash), immediately after the vehicle was purchased (March 2023), it was taken back to the dealership several times due to a slight noise and sensation the wheels and brakes were making. The issue was internment, and the dealership insisted they were unable to replicate the issue. It felt as if the wheels were momentarily locking when slowing down to apply the brakes. We thought it was a brake issue, but the dealership assured us the brakes were ok. Due to the ongoing issue with the interment, we decided to purchase new tires that were the recommended size for the vehicle, rather than the original tires it recently (on 09/5/2024), we upgraded the wheels and tires to wider oem spec wheels in an effort to improve the vehicle's efficiency during driving and braking. On may 25, 2025, after a vehicle brake-checked the vehicle in front of our Camaro, the Camaro was unable to adequately perform the brake operation due to wheel lockup, resulting in an accident. While the vehicle in front of our Camaro managed to maneuver out of the way, the Camaro's wheels locked when decreasing speed to apply the brakes. When brakes were applied despite only traveling at 37-40 mph, the Camaro felt like it was not slowing down, as if the brakes were not working correctly. Forcing a maneuver to the left side, scraping and damaging the front and rear wheels/tires, and impacting the rear end of a 2021 Chevrolet spark. The Camaro suffered substantial damage exceeding 19,000, and our son, the driver, sustained physical injuries. Unfortunately, we were not notified of the recall # n242480630, until June 2 2025 many days after the accident. We received the notification via the onstar service we pay for, and a few days after via the progressive insurance app. A police report was filed, my son was ticketed for failing to control the vehicle, and the insurance deemed it an at-fault accident (due to being a rear-end collision). The vehicle has been deemed a total loss.

Wheel problem #3

The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the wheels locked up and the vehicle was uncontrollable. The contact stated several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The contact's vehicle crashed into a guardrail. In addition, the front passenger's side and rear passenger's side tires fractured and detached. The contact's vehicle incurred damage to the front suspension, calibers, front bumper and the passenger's front and rear tires. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, however the failure was not duplicated. The contact was informed that there was no indication of what caused the wheels to lock up. The vehicle was in the process of being repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The contact referenced an unknown recall repair which had a similar failure description, however the contact was informed that the contact's VIN was not associated with the recall. The manufacturer investigator inspected the vehicle, however there was no indication of what caused the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 47,000.

Wheel problem #4

Rh rear wheel-cracked without incident. No impact marks. Told by shop factory defected.

Wheel problem #5

The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown rate of speed, he hit a pothole that damaged the front passenger tire. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and was informed that the part to repair the vehicle needed to be repaired by the dealer. The vehicle was then taken to a dealer where he was notified that the drive shaft was defective; however, when he arrived at the dealer, he was informed by the dealer supervisor that the center support barrier was defective. The contact disputed the claim and the dealer refused to service the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the matter and an investigation was performed. The contact was then informed by the manufacturer that the vehicle would not be repaired and was instructed to retrieve the vehicle. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 64,000.

Wheel problem #6

The tires spun out of control while going the speed limit and wearing a seatbelt. The brakes ultimately failed. The car had no functional safety features, and I couldn't control the steering. It went airborne and rolled over. The airbags failed to deploy after hitting a tree. My safety and others were put at risk, and I almost died from the accident. I suffer from life-threatening/altering injuries.

Wheel problem #7

We purchased a vehicle from shamley in el paso texas and we were in volved in a head on coullsion. We tried to stop and the breaks didn't function we were going 25 mph. We lost traction control and hit a car who took the red light and the air bags popped and the driver airbags emblem was marked on my forearm. May you please assist me.

Wheel problem #8

Tpms system and remote keyless entry fails to operate correctly after installing new tires. Dealer was unable to resolve the problem even with a change to the keyless entry module. Gm reports that some tires have too much steel in the belts causing the signals to be blocked or be intermittent which can cause drivers to drive on under inflated tires. Failure occurs in any type of driving. Gm needs to replace the sensors with ones that provide a stronger signal to comply with the tread act.

Wheel problem #9

Inboard wheel fatigue (critical crack) on 20-in. Manufacturer's wheel for 2013 Chevrolet Camaro rs due to manufacture's defect no impact damage discovered after noticing quick loss of tire air pressure.

Wheel problem #10

Tl-the contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph, the front wheels started to shake uncontrolably. The contact lost control of the vehicle spinning twice and colided with the metal divider. None of the frontal air bags deployed. No warning indicators illuminated. The police was not present. The ambulance, fire department were not present. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic for a diagnostic. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The aproximate failure mileage was 50,000. Bp.

Wheel problem #11

When driving down northwest expressway, my Camaro hit many potholes and uneven lanes causing my rims to be bent and causing flat tire. Car was going speed limit of 45 and hit a huge pothole and it sounded very bad. Parked my vehicle at work and tire was flat and rim was bent in 3 different places.

Wheel problem #12

Feb 2019, I received a call from the chevy dealer where I purchased my Camaro back in April 2017, stating that my vehicle has a safety recall which effect the electric power steering. I read up on the recall which stated, the electric steering can fail while operating the vehicle which will make it hard to steer. I contacted the dealer to bring my car in for service, they told me that there was no remedy for the recall and that they will reach out to me when they have one. Manufacturer recall number n182182760. Nhtsa recall number, 19v086 it is now June 2019 and on 6/16/19, I was driving my car about 15-20mph, driving around a roundabout and my steering wheel locked on me, causing me to wreck my car which caused my seat and overhead airbags to deploy along with suspension, wheel and body damage. I had the wheel turned left going around the circle and as I was trying to turn the steering wheel back to the right to exit the roundabout, my steering wheel locked, causing me to run over top of the curb striking my wheels on the edge of the steel sewer and back into the street striking the left side of my vehicle on an island exiting the roundabout which caused my airbags to deploy. Once my airbags deployed my engine and electrical was shut down automatically. I did suffer a hard impact on my left shoulder from the airbag. Gm finally came up with a remedy this month 6/2019 for the recall. A representative from the dealer gave me gm's customer service number to call and report the incident. I had to file an insurance claim with my insurance and if my car is repairable, I would have to pay my deductible and suffer higher insurance rates all because of a recall that gm fail to repair in a timely manner. Progressive claim 19-1239901.

Wheel problem #13

I was headed south making a left turn onto 167th off of cicero ( busy street) and an oncoming vehicle struck me on the passenger side front quarter panel, then pushing my car over the median and into another vehicle and afterwards into a curb. None of my airbags deployed after basically four impacts.

Wheel problem #14

I have a defective wheel, it cracked. There was no impact, I have pictures and videos of the wheel spinning on a balancer to prove this. This is a problem that has become more common since wheel manufacturing went to china. Gm is weaseling out of the warranty, no big deal. The danger is that I was informed that gm welds low pressure cast wheels to fulfill warranty claims. Which the dealership had done to this wheel without my knowledge, again no big deal I already replaced the wheel and certainly wouldn't put that wheel back on my car. In my professional opinion this is dangerous. Especially on a heavy car that is made to run on a track at 150 mph plus. A crack is caused by impurities in the alloy. If the alloy has impurities they usually aren't isolated to one specific spot. This crack actually grew from the lip into the barrel of the wheel in a couple days time, another way you can tell it wasn't caused by impact and that the impurities are most likely in several parts of the wheel. I really don't care about the warranty issue, I just don't want to hear about someone being killed from an issue like this because I neglected to report it. If you want that wheel for inspection or testing I can send it to you. There was no damage to my vehicle. I'm only able to send one photo. I have more and a video.

Wheel problem #15

I was driving during rush hour at 70mph when my axle shaft abruptly disconnected from the car. It was shaking violently, and I was unable to accelerate. I was only able to coast through three lanes of traffic to get the car off the road. I almost died when the person behind me almost drove through me when the shaft disconnected and the car suddenly slowed without the brake lights going off.

Wheel problem #16

(stationary) I had problems recently with the stabilititrak, I stopped at the red light and the car started to shake too much and it went out, the light of stabiliti trak warning went on !! it has happened 3 times. (in motion) the other problem I had was the power steering, every time I turned the wheel of the car, it sounded like opening an old door. I had to go to the dealer and have it repaired. (in motion) another problem that I have is in the wheels, they have a sound like they have a pink can. But it is only heard sometimes not always. I went to the dealer to solve that problem but the sound left.

Wheel problem #17

Car is service by same dealer. Complained for year. Tire senor off while in warranty. Got new tires, doing again. Even told me ice on road in 99 degree weather, steering wheel creeded turn slow speed. No one fond problem. I requested look at now out warranty. Paid 130. 00 told me gear need change. 67000. 00 show room looking car. Cost 1500. 00. I know 2014 was recalled this problem. Help I am a senior need know is it the bushing dry amd dirty or gear . Dealer guessing. Sound going or sitting still.

Wheel problem #18

My pressure tire lights come on even when my tires are inflated . . They marked that the tire where low at 22 and I pumped air untill they where 40 without knowing because the tire lights indicated they where low. . When I'm coming to a stop the wheel shakes.

Wheel problem #19

Sitting in morning traffic at a stop light, once the changed I was diving 25 mph due to the volume of traffic in front of me. The inner part of my rear passenger rim exploded and went through the back tire and was protruding out the back end of the tire. Chevy dealership tried to say I ran over something but the trajectory of the impacted rim would have made that type of impact impossible. Not to mention there was no debris in road and I was in a long line of morning traffic at a stop light. I contacted gm owner center to open an investigation and was told a senior advisor would contact me in 48hrs. That was 4 days ago despite me calling and leaving 3 messages requesting a return call.

Wheel problem #20

Was in a wreck and not all the ir bags deployed, the wheels came apart from the tires and the wheels broke apart, and the seat broke.

Wheel problem #21

Cast fissure on inside of 20" rs wheel barrel.

Wheel problem #22

Firestone 500 tire experienced tread separation failure resulting in a traffic accident at highway speeds. Contacted firestone via registered mail buy after one month no response. This is the same problem that they experienced in the past. I got a replacement tire from a different manufacturer and the shop tech said he never saw this happen before. I would not ever purchase a firestone product in the futures. The accident happened at highway speed 70 mph. The tread separated and my vehicle spun around into the next lane and was facing oncoming traffic. Another vehicle tried to avoid the accident but hit my drivers side front bumper and fender, pushing me off of the road.

Wheel problem #23

Tpms system. Multiple occasions. Moving. Service tire pressure system is displayed when tire pressure falls below 32 psi or gets into a certain range as sometimes will reappear below 30 psi and sometimes will not. The tire pressure display will only show dashes and not a pressure. I have been told on more than one occasion that it is normal operation by dealers. It should not be that way, as you don't know if there is a leak or if the system truly needs serviced.

Wheel problem #24

The drivers front wheel has a really funny feel when turning left it dont feel right. ?my tire sencors are not working on the dash just 1 tire works and tells me the air presure since I had the car in 2017?.

Wheel problem #25

Ive had issues with the motor dealer has had to change pistons and vales . Which isn't very unsafe until your driving on the highway then you lose all power . . Then you have to Dodge traffic. . Or else. . Ive had issues with the tire sensor that keeps going out, dealer changed it once and within a month it started acting weird again. Keeps telling me to add air to the tires when I took it in to the dealer they said it was fine . Until I get a blow out and wreck. Ive had issues with some lights that flicker while im driving . The dealer says "that there is nothing wrong with the lights" . Gm is buying back this lemon they sold me , however they would like me to keep driving this car with two completely bald tires around while they decide exactly how much they want me to pay them for dealing with this obvious lemon that they sold me. That's the thanks I get for choosing to buy an american made vehicle. I will not even drive this one year old car because it is so unsafe, please look into or at least make some of this information available so that other honest hard working people don't get caught in this horrible situation. .

Wheel problem #26

I'm a owner of a 2011 Chevrolet aveo . 65,000 miles. I only had this car for about 15 months I have change out tires twice since I had it , I got my car fixed on 4 times already one being spark plugs , the container that holds the antifreeze replace, the brakes, and also the part that holds the oil that is removed during oil change metal was stripped when I went for my first oil change and I had to get that replaced. . . It slows down going up a heel and also when turning left or right especially on a heel. Just the other day I was driving up a heel and my brakes wouldn't push down my car had a electrical glitch that made my clock restart . . . Also there is a weird noise my car has been make from day 1 when I start driving it sounds like I'm driving a small helicopter that's about to take off I've been told that it was how those cars sound . . . . . Idk what to believe I hate I ever got this car the dealer dont even want the car back they only offered me 2,500 for the car I paid 11,000 for. I was told its not in high demand no one wants the car. . . .

Wheel problem #27

Purchased the car 4/2015 new - 5/6 I was driving my car when it started to shake and vibrate. I pulled over and it stopped . I brought it straight to the deal and it had a diagnostic code for engine misfire - no problem with car since that day 5/6. On 5/9 I was driving home from school and I pulled onto my home street and the car light came on transmission overheat - the car completley shut down and I could not start it again. I towed it to the dealer. - I was told the transmision was stuck in between 1st and 2nd gear and the transmission was completey fried - burned - melted - not 1 report on the diagnostic not 1 warning until it just stopped dead in the road. If I had been driving on the highway I would have been killed for the car just shutting down - and never started again - tires are pitted and bald - every 2 weeks I rec'd notice to put air in back tires from the day of purchase the air in back tires always neeeded air. Dealership and gm have deemed the warranty voided and will not replace the transmission or worn tires on a 1 yr old car - how can a transmission burn out in 3 days?? it had just had a diagnostics done at the dealership on 5/6 when the engine malfunctioned- I was told it was a misfire!!! and then 3 days later on 5/9 the transmission was burned out ???- mechanic said it was stuck in between 1st and 2nd gears??? how can that happen if I only drive in automatic?? how come there was no warnings about the slip in gears as well?? or a warning about the overheating of the transmission before it melted?.

Wheel problem #28

I was driving at about 20 mph around a traffic circle in a residential area, when, after turning right, then left, then right around the traffic circle, the back end slid out and the right rear wheel slammed sideways against a curb. The wheel was instantly cracked, the wheel and spindle bent. "service stabilitrack" instantly came on the driver information center, and all three stability indicator lights came on. The p-zero nero tires on this car are not suitable for wet roads in the city. The ambient temperature was about 50 degrees. The Camaro and these tires make it unsafe, and the car should come equipped default with all-season tires, not racing z-rated summer only tires. Repair cost is $1,500 and this is not covered under warranty. I am very unhappy with the performance of this "performance" car.

Wheel problem #29

The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. While driving approximately 30 mph, the steering wheel shook violently. In addition, the front driver side wheel detached from the vehicle. There were no warning indicators. The vehicle had to be towed to a independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front driver side alloy wheel, rubber valve, driver side c-liner, and hub and bearing needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was unknown. The approximate failure mileage was 28,313.

Wheel problem #30

On a very cold winter day ( temperatures in the teens), I took a test ride on this 2015 Camaro from a local Buick dealer. Although this Camaro was only a 6 cylinder, it was equipped with pirelli zero nero high performance summer tires. As I pulled away from the dealership and got up to 50 mph, I thought the car was coming apart due to the extreme tire noise. I wasn't aware that the Camaro had summer tires and I feel that I was put in a dangerous situation by driving this car. As per an excerpt of the owner's manual "if the tires have been subjected to 20 degrees or less, let them warm up in a heated space to at least 40 degrees for 24 hours or more before being installed or driving a vehicle on which they are installed". Also, gm bulletin #13-03-10-0001a clearly states the car is not to be driven in temperatures below 45 degrees!!! in light of how many people were injured or killed in Ford explorers with a tire situation, I'm surprised that there is no obvious warning posted on vehicles with summer tires that it is dangerous to drive with those tires in cold climates. Even pirelli has notations about the safety issues with these tires.

Wheel problem #31

All four wheel valve stems started leaking at the base. One replacement has leaked since. A total of five 2013 Camaro steel wheel rubber valve stems.

Wheel problem #32

Almost 5 years after driving the vehicle off the lot and the warri has expired my airbag light can't be repaired by the nearby dealership for < $400. No really as of yet. While driving a month off the lot my vehicle was t-boned on the passenger side by a hit & run driver. Every since my steering wheel vibrates.

Wheel problem #33

I'm resto-modding a 1968 Camaro. I had a shop replace the original power steering box (recirculating ball steering gear) with a new one from classic performance products (cpp). Their web site would lead you to believe they make everything locally but they finally admitted their 400 series steering boxes are manufactured overseas. I had a certified mechanic do all the work and he had a lot of trouble with the installation. From day one, the box did not perform to anyone's expectations. At idle, it provided no power assist at all. Eventually it began to stick when turning a corner and finally it failed all together rendering the car inoperable. When it failed, it was as if the steering wheel was no longer connected to the steering box. I have pictures of the internals of the box after it failed and the mechanic admitted he never saw anything like this before. The box was sent back to cpp and they replaced it with another 400 series box which is also not performing correctly. Some of the steel balls were elongated and some were flattened which would not be possible if they were made from high grade hardened steel - the kind USA manufacturers tell me they use. According to customer comments on their web site, I am not the only consumer who has experienced this problem with this box. Their engineering dept. Even offers a work around for some of the problems so I believe they are aware of these problems yet they continue to sell the product. I hesitate to think what could have happened if the failure had occurred while driving on an interstate expressway at 60 mph. I do not know if cpp as a company is acting irresponsibly but I certainly would like some help preventing any more of these boxes being sold until this problem is fully resolved. Anyone who owns one of their boxes should be made aware of the potential danger. Please let me know what can be done.

Wheel problem #34

The rear tire tread separated down the center at 55 miles an hour.

Wheel problem #35

I parked my car around 815pm Sunday night 8/24/14. . Around 10 pm I went back to my car and got my papers out the trunk. Around 1 am my neighbor came to my door to let me know my car was on fire . . Before I was told my car was on fire I did hear a loud boom noise but thought it was a diesel on the highway.

Wheel problem #36

I have three issues for my Camaro 2010. First and most important is the the timing chain, the chain moved and activated the cam sensors. The cost to change it is princely. Second , the air bag light on the passenger is on. Took it to the dealer and paid and still they couldn't find the issue so they wanted more money. Third, three of the tire sensors when on and dealer wants more money. The car runs with poor performance so I stop using it.

Wheel problem #37

After the first 100 miles of use I always check the wheel lug nuts for proper torque value as per the owners manual and did so on my new 2014 Camaro 2ss, purchased on 23 may 2014. I found all the wheel lug nuts way under torqued at approximately 80 lb ft of torque. , the 2014 Camaro factory owners manual that came with the car stated 110lb ft of torque on each lug nut. Also noted that on each lug nut there appeared to be a special coating material on the mating surface of each nut. Looks & feels like a teflon coating. I always thought that this surface should be free of any lubrication so that when seated against the wheel surface it would be metal to metal with no lubrication required. Could this coating be affecting the wheel lug nut torquing done during the wheel installation at the gm assembly plant?.

Wheel problem #38

I was driving on west virginia highway 75 south bound on a Sunday morning, I was returning from the naval station great lakes, (my son graduated from recruit training) then unexpected happens, the right tire and the entire assembly system broke off the car, I saw the entire system, abandon my car and carry on moving forward. Without any exaggeration, I saw my life flash in front of my eyes, I thought I was a goner. Seeing your tire moving forward, while simultaneously trying to control the vehicle from colliding with the cemented median, was the worse experience yet, what a nightmare. This whole incident felt like I was hit by and ied in iraq, what a scare. My question to anyone is, how is this possible? please can someone help explain what the heck happing here, I didn¿t hit anything, and however I was driving a little over 70 miles per hour.

Wheel problem #39

Right front tire just blew-out two blocks away from house. It"s my sons car and thank god he didnt make the highway before it blew! tires are bf goodrich radials ta p245/55r18.

Wheel problem #40

I have had my car for 1 year. When I get to 55mph the steering wheel shake so bad, it's unbearable. This have been going on since I bought the car. I took it back to the dealership and they said it was the alignment. They aligned for me. Well it ran pretty good for a couple of days and then it started back shaking. I also have a problem with the rotors or brakes or something to that nature. It sounds like a 18 wheeler when I stop. The rotors or something make some kind of wobbling noise when I drive. I turn the radio down quite often so I can hear if anything is coming off from the brakes. I'm not paranoid, because passengers in the car ask me all the time, "what's that noise". For me to have a decent car like the Camaro, I don't understand. Can you please run a thorough check on the tires, rotors, brakes on these cars. Also check the trunk too, because sometime my trunk won't open with the key nor by pushing the button on the inside of the car. I am concerned because I purchased a car over $30k and I'm not getting any enjoyment out of it. I'm scared to drive too far because the rotors or something may come off. Help please.

Wheel problem #41

I was turning right while driving the vehicle and then by mistake the back right tire and wheel hit the curve and that made a little damage to the wheel and the wheel is little bit diagonal. Worst case scenario the bearings is broken. My complaint is why would the airbags deploy that moment while the impact is only on the wheel? also my friend was sitting on the passenger seat and after the airbag deployed the powder that comes out from it got on his skin and he got burned from it, since that is a very dangerous and can cause burns if it gets on unprotected skin, and it can severely irritate the lungs if inhaled. The main point is the airbag shouldn't deploy in a small damage as this, I have said that because I experienced it with 2010 s600 Mercedes Benz, the damage was way way worse then the one on the Camaro. The damage on the s600 was to wheels broken and the body got effected and the accident was very similar to the Camaro and the airbag on the s600 didn't deploy and mercedes have better quality and more safety then Chevrolet. I went to the royal Chevrolet in west broad street richmond, virginia. They didn't treat me well they were talking to me as child they didn't even inspect the car they just the airbags did what it suppose to do that was by the service manager. I told him the damage was very minor and the deployment of the airbag shouldn't happen he didn't even say anything he was trying to flip the whole thing on me. He told I have nothing to do go call gm.

Wheel problem #42

My issue is with the stock tires! in cooler weather, appr. 40 degrees f, the rear stock pirelli tires lost grip completely causing the vehicle to spin out of control. These tires are a huge hazard in cooler weather and should not be on any car, period!.

Wheel problem #43

Summer tires come standard with vehicle. Temperature 38 degrees tires loose all handling capabilities. Numerous other Camaro owners have lodged complaints and can be found on internet. These tires are dangerous.

Wheel problem #44

The 2010 Camaro rs package only comes with pirelli p-zero tires, (p245/45/zr20 in front, p275/40/zr20 in rear). These are "summer only" tires. Neither gm nor the dealership explained this at the time of purchase. It was also not included in any of the paperwork describing the vehicle or in the owner's manual. The vehicle was purchased in northern illinois, where winter driving conditions are a given. I only became aware of this after the first significant snowfall, when the vehicle became extremely difficult to control. It skids during even at low acceleration and during gentle braking. When the dealership was contacted, they said there was nothing they or gm could do regarding the situation. They are selling these vehicles with "standard equipment" that is certain to make them unsafe to drive for a significant portion of the year in many parts of the country. They are giving the buyer no warning of this. This is unethical at best and could lead to serious injury and property damage.

Wheel problem #45

I have a 2010 chevy Camaro rs 2 lt. I am experiencing an issue with front ps wheel "washboarding" ;feels like driving with a flat tire. Dealership replaced front tires, still have problem; they pretty much washed their hands of this issue, said they can't find anything. . . It only does this in the morning when starting out, when I drive vehicle later in the day it drives fine, but I now have a metal on metal sound coming from that wheel so its progressively getting worse. I love the vehicle, but am increasingly frustrated with this situation and lack of concern with dealer. I don't live in a cold climate, just the opposite, so tire flatspotting isn't a consideration here. . . At times, the car also seems difficult to control as if its riding in a road rut and being "pulled" to one side or another. Am concerned about safety until its finally resolved; don't want to have my grandchildren in vehicle either. . . . . Issue still unresolved. . . . . .

Wheel problem #46

The wheels vibrate and make a whistling sound due to a crack in the wheel.
