One problem related to brake hoses, lines/piping, and fittings has been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Caprice. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving, brake hose rubs its mounting bolt. It was installed with a loop in the hose. Repair has been made on vehicle. Consumer stated the hose was worn in the reenforcing layer of the hose, consumer noticed this when the wheel was off.
