Two problems related to windshield wiper/washer have been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I would like to know if there has been a recall on this matter. No safety defect indicated, requests recall information.
Owner states that his windshield wipers will not clear windows only when the temperature drops to about 25 degrees fahrenheit or lower. Service people claim it is a problem on 95, 96 and 97 Cavaliers.
