Three problems related to suspension have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

Vehicle was traveling at 35-40 mph and while attempting to slow down for an approaching corner, the vehicle began an unrecoverable fishtail on a wet road and skidded then side impacted a tree.
New rear struts installed and rattle continues. New dash installed and squeak continues. Problem cannot be determined.
