Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier

The contact owns a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph, the driver crashed into a tree. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver was killed. A police report was filed of the incident. The vehicle was towed to an impound lot. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was destroyed. The approximate failure and current mileage was 130,000.

A deer ran in front of the consumer while driving, consumer was unable to maintain control of the vehicle, and hit a tree. Upon impact, both frontal airbags did not deploy. No injuries reported. Vehicle was towed and totaled by the insurance company.

On 8/21/03 I was involed in a accident where my car rolled and the car intially hit front end first and neither driver nor passenger air bags did not deployed.

While driving at 40-45 mph an accident occurred. The vehicle skidded on an icy road, and hit a gaurdrail. Upon impact, the driver's airbag did not deploy. There were no injuries.
