One problem related to power assist brake has been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet C/k 2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While in motion, consumer was making a a left turn when the a popping sound was heard and immediately the steering went out. Consumer tried to apply the brakes but nothing happened. Vehicle was taken to the chevy garage and the vacuum pump had to be replaced.
