Power Steering Pump problems of the 2005 Chevrolet Classic

Normal driving conditions, then just started making faint noise, progressing more as time went by. Went to dealership several times was told there was no problem. Took it to another dealership left it. Was told they replaced p/s pump and replaced left door panel. Went back to 1st. Dealer several more times for same problem as before. They replaced a rubber grommet, right lower control arm. Still not fixed. Went back to 2nd dealer again,was told that "gm" said they had already fixed it once and they wouldn't fix it again. Because it was an ongoing problem with not just my car but others as well. Now it is so much worse, that I fear for the safety of my family, because it is in the steering/ suspension.
