Two problems related to automatic transmission have been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Corsica. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Transmission broke into pieces.
When traveling on an incline at 30 mph transmission would not shift, causing loss of all acceleration. Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer has yet to determine the cause. Transmission has been replaced.
