Front Suspension Wheel Bearing problem #1

While driving 55 mph an animal jumped out in front of the vehicle when consumer slammed on the brakes the front driver side wheel assembly separated from the vehicle and rolled under the vehicle. As a result, consumer lost control, hitting a tree. Vehicle was c totaled. Driver sustained head injuries.

Sway Bar problem #2

Rear sway bar bushings are noisy when vehicle is turning/stopping, or accelerating. Consumer took vehicle to the dealership because steering was difficult to control and erratic when crossing over a bump. Dealership installed a stabilizer in vehicle and replaced sway bar bushings. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
