Structure problem #1

While waiting to make a left turn, the consumer's vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle who stated their brakes malfunctioned brakes. As a result, the deck lid that covered the convertible top came forward and struck the consumer's wife who was in the passenger seat and broke her neck.

Frame And Members problem #2

Forward mounting bracket for the lr upper control arm for the suspension sheared. . . Further investigation has shown a crack in the frame rail underneath the bracket. Not sure what came first, the crack in the frame, causing the bracket to shear off, or the bracket failing, putting stress on the frame and cracking the frame. . . Either way. . . Not good!!.

Convertible top has black marks made each time top is put down.
