Front turn indicators keep blowing bulbs. I have contacted gm and Chevrolet motor division concerning my 2001 Chevrolet Corvette. The front turn indicators have been a continuing problem in this vehicle. I have noticed many 2001-2005 models with this problem. The front turn indicators right and left blow bulbs at different times. It seems to be a problem with the lens covers cracking over time and allowing moisture inside causing the bulb to fail thus when turning, the vehicle will not send a signal to oncoming traffic. Chevrolet declined to replace. Car has to be placed on a lift to replace a bulb avg cost $2. 95 bulb $20. 00 labor.
Turn signal intermittantly failed to function. Failure occurs at differnt times and conditions of operations. Dealers and gm said they can not fix the issues unit the failure is non intermittent. Failure can occur at any time.
