After fueling vehicle and parking in garage the vehicle for days will smell very strongly of gasoline until gallons are consumed via driving to approx. 3/4 of tank. Vehicle is not over filled ! no visual indications of fuel leaking on ground. This also happened since on July 12, 2016 last time vehicle was fueled.
Fuel tank just filled, gauge went to empty & check gauges light on. Seems to return to normal after 1/2 tank of fuel used.
Fuel tank leaked gasoline into garage of my home. Was afraid of the house catching on fire from the fumes and afraid to drive car because of fuel leaking onto exhaust system. This seems to be a common problem with Corvettes. It would be nice if gm was made to reimburse customers for this rather expensive repair.
