The contact owns a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph, she smelled an unusual odor inside of the vehicle. Also, the defroster failed to operate when activated. There was heavy frost inside and outside of both windshields and all four windows. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where unknown parts were replaced however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the problem.
