The contact rented a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated that he was a rear seat passenger in the vehicle and attempted to open the rear door but the door locks would not disengage. The driver of the vehicle attempted to open the doors from the outside, but the locks remained engaged. The contact felt that the vehicle feature or defect was a safety issue because in the event of an emergency, the rear passengers would be trapped inside of the vehicle.
