While driving down the road down the road, radio turns on and off , ac stopped blowing, lights flashing on and off, stability track flashing, this is a problem, fix it, too many people are having the same issue! unacceptable!.

When I try and start my car sometime it stalls like it doesn't want to crank up and when I finally do get it crank the emergency lights flash, power steering comes on the screen and then windshield wipers come on. I had this problem previous a couple months again to where when I crank it the trunk came open and the stabilitak and jerk and other things would pop up. They put it on the machine and it said it was misfires so I went and got it fixed now it's happening again.

Just received a recall letter of some form for my 2016 chevy cruz stating that a fire may start when the d. C. /d. C. Converter is powered due to a resistive short occurring due to electrical/ lighting problems I believe the letter describes it better then I can. The problem I have it the letter states that Chevrolet will pay for a temp fix if I take it to my dealership before Jan. 31st but after that any problems due to this manufacturing errror will come out of my pocket. I have two children and my wife who use the vehicle obviously this is a serious risk for my family that needs to be permantly fixed by Chevrolet not temporally prevented.

Exterior front head lamp condensation on both left and right sides. Had back to dealer several times in past 2 years. Dealer says it is normal and to live with it. The condensation happens standing or in motion. All depending on outdoor weather.

The turn light reflectors fell out of both driver and passenger sides. The vehicle was stationary when this happened. I am tring to find a way to replace just that specific part but can not seem to find that specific part.

I purchased a new 2016 chevy Cruze limited from fairway Chevrolet on 4/2/16. At the time of purchase I was not aware that it had a center high mounted stop light flashing device on it[the dealer called it a "red alert system". I stated to dealership personel that per dot laws that I believe such a device is not legal. They stated that it was legal . I removed the device myself as they were to busy to do it without a lengthy delay. Can you please look into this issue? the dealer service personnel stated that they install these on all there new vehicles and if its not legal per dot laws then I hope you can and will rectify this issue. Around sunrise on a highway with an adult passenger the car lost all power instantly. The steering was heavy and the brakes had very little power. We was able to drift over to a safe area. The way this car performs with little braking effort it can cause some bad accidents in other enviroments such as mountains. The safety of the Chevrolet Cruze models needs to be improve.

I was injured in accident. . . . Hit a stationary vehicle. . . . There's significant damage to my vehicle. . . My airbags did not deploy. . . I am suffering from a severe cervical strain, severe neck sprain with inflation causing severe headaches, a severe upper and lower back sprain with inflammation casing pressure on my sciatic nerve. . . I cannot lift, bend , stand , sit, lie down for long periods of time, I even have to have help just too bathe. . I believe that had deployed. . . My injuries were not have been so severe.

I was driving east on the road. The car in front of me suddenly stopped and I was unable to stop before hitting them. I do feel I was following at a safe distance but for some reason the car did not slow down or stop as I feel it should have. The front end of the car crumpled though the air bags never deployed and the onstar crash response never activated. There was also very minimal, if any, damage to the car in front of me (possibly dented the bumper). On a side note, I have owned this car for 2 months now and have only been able to drive it for approximately 17 days because I have to keep taking it back to the shop to be worked on for malfunctions in other systems of the brand new car. I am concerned that there may have been a malfunction with the brakes system or airbags as well.

Traveling west and an east bound vehicle turned in front of me. The other driver was ticket for failure to yeild and accident causing bodily injury. My air bags did not deploy I sustained injuries to my chest, hit my head on drivers side window and my left should and ribs were thrown in to the door.

My car keeps shutting off while im driving it. . It is now not even turning on at this point. I try to start it and wont turnover. Last week while driving down the highway at speed 35-40, my radio and a/c turned off, then the car began to slow down, then shut off in the middle of the highway. I want to add how extremely dangerous this is for me (7 months preganant, and 2 little girls in car). I tried scheduling an appointment several times for the electrical recall and have been scheduled far out.

Driving on interstate 10 when electrical lighting, radio, etc start blinking on and off. I was on my way from florida to north carolina when it happened, I turned around and went to Chevrolet dealer where I bought it, was checked out and mechanic said they couldn't find anything wrong. Drove to north carolina and when I arrived at my son's home the same thing happened twice. We took it to Chevrolet dealer in mooresville,nc, they found out through gm it was the electrical box causing all the problems and they replaced it with a new one. I wasn't in an accident but it made me scared to drive it. I feel as though gm should have recalled it and not make the consumer wondering. I would like gm to be notified about this and to also hear from them.

Car drives fine but interior lights go out radio starts blinking and service stabilitrak, service traction control, service antitheft, and service power steering lights come on the dash. I took the car to the dealership where they replaced the bcm. This did nothing 4 days later it all started again. After turning the car off everything resets. On some occasions the antitheft stops the car from starting back up I have to leave the car sit with the key on engine off for about 5 minutes then it will start. There is no loss of power in the engine and all the gauges still work. When I apply the brakes this happens, or when I try to roll down the window, or even when im just cruising down the street without and changing speed or anything in the car.

We have video of the radio display area going blank then coming on then going blank continually, it takes out all sound I. E. , radio, navigational instructions, blinker sound . . While throwing multiple error codes in the area for odometer reading I. E. , service stabila track, service traction control. The users manual tells you that if something like this happens to shut off the car to reset the car. If you do shut it off or stall out the car (manual transmission) everything goes dead. It cannot be accessed by onstar (I called them on 2-19-2014 and asked them to document that they could not access the car . . . It simply read "error" for them) the fob key has no effect, there is no steering, no brakes, no lights, no nothing for 20 to 45 minutes. So if in traffic . . The car simply becomes either a road block or a target. The car has been into 2 different dealerships and even with video of the incidents they simply say they can find nothing wrong and make ridiculous suggestions. The car as is, is an accident or worse waiting to happen.

Vehicle shutdown while driving on highway, several times. The car electric turns off and or flashes, stabiltrak lights come on and flashes, check engine flashing, car completely shuts down, steering is electronic or motor powered and is hard to use, transmisiion jerks before shutdown and breaks dont work very well. Ran over curb and off the road to avoid colliding with other vehicles. Picture, im driving on a highway at night doing 65 or so, all power goes out, its dark, other cars can not see me well, they are swerving and im swerving. This happened first around 20k and has happened on several occasions after. No corrections offered by gm under warranty, complaints were completely ignored, until murdock chevy in manhattan KS. They are currently trying to get it fixed and gave me a loner car, all other servicing dealers refused a loaner car, and told me its fixed each time. Car still has the problems listed and no solution is given from gm or chevy to fix this deadly situation. Also damage to the car from an engine overheat or dashboard overheat at the same time damaging electric, windshield, radio, guages and dash compartment lever. Extreme heat, burning smell inside. Floorboard by the feet melts carpet and burns feet, all at the same time, on drives of 30 minutes or more.

I could smell coolant/antifreeze when the heater was on and the temperature was set to a high setting. I didn't think anything was wrong, just thought it might be a break-in issue. As of today's date Nov 9, 2014 I still can smell the coolant smell when the heater is on. Recently I received a letter from gm concerning possible coolant loss. At my last service of the vehicle I asked the dealer to check for this problem. Nothing was reported to me from the dealer. I assumed that there was no problem. The other issue I have noticed is dash lights dimming or brightening on their own. The latest problem was that the car would not start this morning. Drove perfectly yesterday, this morning dead. Jumped the car and everything seems fine. Making an appointment with the dealer. Noticed that the coolant level is about 3 inches low in over flow tank. Looked on the internet about Cruze cars and found many posts about electrical problems. Gm tells them all that they are not aware of any electrical problems but you tube videos show gauges and radios cutting out when driving. Some videos describe cars shutting down when driving and not restarting. Others have service messages appearing on the information screen and the dealers find nothing wrong. It is starting to sound like the infamous Jeep grand cherokee electrical problems. I am seriously thinking it is time to get rid of my 2013 cruse as the factory warranty will expire soon. Current mileage is 27490 on Nov 9, 2014.
