Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated that there was water intrusion coming into the map light. The contact also heard an abnormal noise in the rear of the vehicle as well as the suspension was unstable pertaining to the control arm and the axle leaking fluid with no warning. Theere was grinding noise upon turning the steering wheel which was progressing manually. The automatic transmision hiesitated, there was a light throttle and it was hard to reverse upon the change over of weather. The vehicle was not repaired and the dealer was notified of the various failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and they provided no remedy. The approximate failure mileage was 201,765. Dyd.
I have 13,000 miles on my can, and the brakes are 40% gone on the front, and 20% on the back. Also poor steering and handling. Front suspension makes a clunking sound. Have been to dealer 3 times for these problems and am told that they are normal, that all Equinoxs make the noise.
