When the failure occurred, the tires would instantly become flat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the cause of the failures was not determined. The manufacturer was notified. The contact also stated that while driving 25 mph, acceleration power reduced dramatically and the vehicle decelerated to 3 mph.
